As a BCBA currently supporting clients at the Towson clinic, I’ve been consistently impressed with the professionalism and collaboration among the RBTs. While my primary focus has been on my assigned clients, I’ve had the opportunity to observe other RBTs in session—and it’s clear they are implementing structured, data-driven programs with precision. You can easily identify the skill acquisition or behavior reduction targets being addressed, which reflects both strong BCBA supervision and a shared commitment to treatment fidelity across the team.

The staff support one another, step in to help without hesitation, and maintain a positive and respectful environment.
